A site visit and condition report establish what the building needs and confirm guardianship is the right fit.
Terms are agreed in writing, including access rights and the notice period, so the arrangement is clear from day one.
Every guardian completes identity verification, right-to-reside confirmation, and employment and reference screening before moving in.
Full access remains yours throughout. When you need the property back, notice is straightforward and the timeline is fixed.
